With the further development of reform and opening to the outside in our nation,especially the strategies of "going global" and the Belt and Road Initiative which has encouraged a great number of enterprises to go outside for more profits by expanding international contracting for constructions business.Besides,although under the economic downward pressure,the scale of investment abroad still keeps rising in recent years as well as the new international constructions contracts.However,with the great success of "going global" strategy,we should also pay attention to some serious problems like the culture conflict in investment abroad and the international management processes no matter from the design,the constructions,the financing or the daily management,what is more,the conflicts as well as been shown from nature to social environment and customs to values.Some experts even thought the HRM and the organization could be considered in some aspects.Those problems,which has raise the risks for Chinese enterprises in their abroad business management.Therefore,it is an urgent problem for those entrepreneurs to solve.Such as stronger their mix-culture management and make a fusion with different culture even to reduce the risks in culture management.China Jiangxi Corporation for International Economic and Technical Cooperation(CJIC)is one of the earliest transnational enterprises of "going global" strategy.Besides CJIC is China's foreign contractors Chamber of Commerce vice president of the unit,Jiangxi "going global" strategic alliance first round rotating the chairman of the unit,Jiangxi International Chamber of Commerce unit.Since 2003,CJIC has been selected as the world's top 250 international contractors for 14 consecutive years,and its ranking has been moving forward,with 103 orders in 2016.In 2016,CJIC signed the new contracts and completed the all over of the country were 32 and 29,in the worldwide local international firms ranked first.The company carries out international contracting projects in nearly 20 countries in Africa as well as foreign investments and other business.Currently,there are 132 projects under construction and investment,overseas Chinese employees about 2,000 people,foreign employees about 8,000 people.CJIC has been operating in Africa for many years,and its performance is excellent.However,there are many cross-cultural conflicts in the process of project management,such as legal disputes,construction disputes,frequent labor disputes,employee strikes,and communication obstruction and so on.In this paper,the company's Kenya subsidiary,for example,to form a common cause of cross-cultural conflict as the starting point,according to China and Kenya's political and legal system,people's behavior,organizational communication,human resources management four cross-cultural The paper analyzes the current situation of cross-cultural conflict management in the process of project management and management,and puts forward more effective measures and suggestions on how to make better use of relevant theoretical knowledge such as cross-cultural management principles and strategies.At present,the African market has been stationed in a large number of Chinese enterprises.The research objects and practical cases selected in this paper are representative.The purpose of the study is to provide help and reference for other Chinese enterprises that are going to implement the "going global" strategy.
