With the advancement of new electricity system reform in our country, power supply enterprise is losing its monopoly and faced with fierce competition. Power supply enterprise belongs to the knowledge-based enterprise and technology firms. Therefore, the competition of talented people is very sharp, which is also an effective influence for the improvement of enterprise’s core competence.At present, though power supply enterprise has introduced many high-quality talents and developed great people, they are still suffering from serious shortage of talents. What’s more,their existing mode of human resource management is obviously lagging behind,which fails to meet the demands of enterprise development under the new situation. How to retain and make good use of the outstanding talents is a vital factor for the development of power supply enterprise, which is worthy of in-depth study. Under the new situation,power supply enterprise should actively adjust their human resource management model,achieve rational allocation of internal human resource by means of motivation system,provide talents for their future development, enhance its technology, strengthen the competitiveness,and improve the benefit both in economy and society.With enterprise A as object,this paper has made a research on the basic information about motivation factors and demand factors in the enterprise by questionnaire method,and summarizes various problems of salary structure, performance appraisal system, career development and enterprise culture in enterprise A by the means of interview.Based on the implementation of its motivation mechanism and the existing interact problems in enterprise A,this paper makes an overall analysis of the theoretical research and practical experience on the motivation mechanism both at home and abroad, gives an account of what can be affordable for the enterprise in economically and meet the employees demand,and then comes up with some win-win optimum measures of the motivation mechanism. Meanwhile, in order to enhance its execution power, this paper proposes some measures which guarantee the implementation of motivation system,aims at achieving the consistency between the staff objectives and business goals,and finally improves industrial competitiveness with this basis.This article makes an exploration research on the motivation mechanism of enterprise A, and provides reference to their effective motivation, which will be helpful for the management to deepen their understanding of the employee features, optimize the personnel collocation and motivation mechanism. It is also hoped to propose some worthwhile ideas and suggestions of the improvement of the motivation system in power supply enterprise. |
