| Enterprise economy is an important force in the national economy,and the science and technology entelrprises are the most active factor in enterprise groups.Along with the rapid growth of science and technology enterprises,start-ups and entrepreneurial enterprise economy has quietly entered the people’s vision,and entrepreneurship can realize the commercialization and industrialization of technology,promoting the development of high and new technology,thus promote sustainable economic development.A variety of factors influencing the growth of technology start-ups,we put the exogenous and endogenous factors that affecting enterprise growth together to analyze problems systematically,combined with the enterprise ecological niche theory,analyzing the relation between the ecological factors interact with each other and contact.The article taking science and technology enterprises in the start-up period as the study object,selected Tianjin science and technology start-ups as a sample of companies,respectively,to the electronic information technology,biotechnology,aerospace,new materials science and technology business enterprise in the field of eight study ecological niche.Once again,technology start-ups niche breadth reflects the adaptive enterprise resource utilization and capacity of the environment and ecological overlap degree reflect the enterprise competition for resources state.Combining the theory of ecology,we calculate the important value,niche breadth and overlap degree to draw conclusions.This article proposes technology start-ups’ niche model,including niche generalization model,niche specialization model,originally isolated niche model,consolidating the existing niche mode and so on.On the external environment,the article proposes to build environments for niche of business growth,including a clear government position,improved policy guidance and other related measures.As can be seen from the empirical research,the development of high-technology start-ups in Tianjin has been achieved good results,science and technology enterprises have achieved rapid development and become an important force in the national economy.However,in order to make the development of science and technology business to a higher level and achieve full development,the government and enterprises should adopt more targeted measures with a view to development.The research of technology-based start-ups growth involves many problems,the domestic research on the theory of ecological niche perspective,in view of the firm growth literature and research is rare,and the study of science and technology start-ups growth is more less.In this paper,revised data for the high-technology start-ups is a new attempt,but throughout the course of the study is not perfect,there may be some limitations and problems on the data sources and research methods. |
