Coal is China’s basic energy,the status quo in the foreseeable decades will still be maintained by China’s geological mining conditions,the current frequent accidents in China’s coal industry,which also aroused great concern of the state and society.Over the years,China has introduced a number of laws and regulations on the basis of a variety of measures to carry out mandatory implementation,effectively improve the coal mine safety situation,making the overall safety situation of coal mines stabilized.However,compared with the developed countries,there is still a big gap."Zero casualties,zero accidents," the idea of the nature of the concept of coal mine is to reduce the nature of coal mine production safety accidents,but because of the widespread distribution of coal mine hazards and more complex,so China’s coal mine intrinsically safe construction there are always a variety of Kind of problem.Actively carry out the intrinsic safety evaluation of coal mines,and strive to avoid unnecessary losses,is to ensure the continuous and stable production of coal urgent requirements.Based on the analysis of the traditional cause of the accident and the actual production of the coal mine,this paper establishes the cause model of the coal mine accident in our country,and makes a deep excavation on the basis of the traditional "man-machine-ring-tube",and obtains the safety culture and Safety information is also an important factor affecting the intrinsic safety of coal mines.The "4M-C-I" system,which affects the intrinsically safe nature of the coal mine,is constructed by adding two elements of culture and information,and the problems of personnel errors,defects,environmental defects,cultural defects and information defects in China’s coal mine production And the factors influencing the intrinsic safety of coal mine are obtained.Secondly,based on the analysis of the factors affecting the intrinsically safe nature of the coal mine,the evaluation index system of the coal mine intrinsically safe is constructed,among which the first level index is 6,the secondary index is 23 and the tertiary index is 74.First of all,on the basis of inviting experts to scoring the indicators,the analytic hierarchy process is used to determine the weight of each index in the index system,and then the two judgment matrix is constructed,and the more complicated factors in the index system are quantitatively processed.Finally,according to the coal mine intrinsically safe evaluation model based on multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,the Sima coal mine is analyzed and analyzed.It is concluded that the Sima coal mine belongs to VI level in order to carry on the essence safety construction,and on the basis of the evaluation,The problems in the construction of intrinsically safe construction from the human,material,environment,management,culture and information in six aspects of the proposed improvement recommendations.
