The Innovation Of Securities Business Under The Background Of Internet Finance

China's capital market after decades of growth,harvested the outstanding results.Diversification of mixed business model so that China's securities market economic structure has been a prototype,the securities companies as the capital market intermediaries and financing platform,its importance is more prominent.Although the securities industry has become an important role in the financial market,but the securities companies in the traditional business innovation and promote the development of the industry also encountered many problems on the road.Especially the popularity of Internet technology,the people's daily trading habits began to change,more stimulating to the securities industry's innovation and development.May 8,2012 Beijing held a seminar on innovation and development of securities companies.The conference aims to provide ideas for the future innovation and development of securities companies.At the same time,the SFC has put forward 11 important policy initiatives to promote the reform and innovation of the securities industry.The basis also indicates the direction for future securities companies to carry out business innovation work.with the progress of science and technology,Internet technology quickly penetrated into various industries,although the securities industry has long been relying on the Internet to trade,but with the Internet and wireless mobile terminal business on the socio-economic life of the deepening of the securities company's Business and service models are still far from the operating model of Internet finance.In this paper,the Internet finance as the background of the securities companies how to carry out business innovation research to the China Securities Regulatory Commission to promote the securities industry business innovation policy as a guide,and securities companies in the future business innovation and development requirements of the combination of management,Economics,marketing and other disciplines of the basic theory and management methods applied to the securities company's business innovation research,put forward the current development of China's securities companies business development challenges and difficulties.Mainly in the following two aspects: one is the traditional brokerage business difficulties and industry development difficulties,on the other hand is the country's relevant policies and regulations on the securities business innovation constraints.In view of these problems faced by securities companies,this paper puts forward some feasible countermeasures and suggestions from the securities company's own status and national policy.The state of the securities companies are more stringent constraints,the securities business innovation and development need to control the national policy ahead of time,do a good job planning and deployment in order to adapt to the trend of innovation and development.In this paper,the securities industry and securities companies conducted a more profound exploration,hoping to obtain a path to the appropriate securities companies to carry out business innovation,so that the future of the capital market to better play the role of financial intermediaries,serving the majority of investors and markets economic.
