Research On The Risk Management Of Satellite Application Project In China

After entering in twenty-first Century,China's aerospace industry has been greatly developed,in the field of Aerospace Science and technology,the satellite industry is the most widely used industry.From the current situation,satellite application in China is in a critical period of transformation and development,its development trend also contains many aspects of technology,mode,mechanism,mainly on technology innovation,the mode of service transformation,mechanism of commercialization and diversification as the core.Faced with the development trend of complex technology,large scale and many links,the application of satellite projects in China is facing more and more risks in the process of construction.In this context,it is critical to identify and control the risk of satellite application projects.In this thesis,we choose the risk management perspective of satellite application projects in China,with the help of literature research,qualitative and quantitative analysis,induction and so on.The main work of this thesis is as follows:(1)firstly,based on definition of satellite application project,and analyze the characteristics of satellite application projects,after the foreign satellite application of project risk management of the status quo,and the status quo of the domestic satellite application of project risk management and the analysis of existing problems.(2)with the aid of a variety of methods of expert investigation method,carried out specific risk identification on different stages of satellite application projects in China,including various types of risk factors from the project stage,implementation stage and acceptance stage.(3)the use of AHP and fuzzy comprehensive analysis method,the risk of satellite application project started by calculating the risk assessment,a weight factor,two factor weight affect risk factor.(4)a typical case of satellite application project.In this thesis,the whole process risk management system of the satellite application project is constructed by the method of demonstration,which is used to identify and evaluate the risk of a satellite application project.The study found that the risk of satellite application projects mainly include political risk,technology risk,management risk and economic risk,and the empirical results show that the technical risk is the biggest risk facing satellite application projects.In the face of all kinds of risks,it is necessary to take the whole process of risk control strategy in the process of implementing the project,that is to say,to carry out targeted risk control for the project phase,the implementation stage and the acceptance stage.The research of this thesis will promote the standardization and standardization of satellite application projects to a certain extent,so as to make the satellite application projects better serve the development of China's aerospace industry and social undertakings.
