Gas station as a refined oil sales terminal,was pushed to the forefront of the market competition,who occupied the terminal network of refined oil sales who occupied the market.From the national point of view,Sinopec and Petrochina accounted for the major market share.However,with the full liberalization of the retail market of refined oil,the market competition is becoming increasingly diversified,and the competition for gas stations is becoming more and more intense.As an inland province,Jiangxi Province,foreign oil companies have not yet entered,but the market is becoming more and more diversified competition.Petrochina enter the Jiangxi market in 2002,after 10 years of development,has become an important supplier in Jiangxi Province,breaking the original Sinopec a monopoly.nearly two years,Sinochem,CNOOC have entered the Jiangxi market,private enterprises are also actively involved in the increasingly fierce competition.The gas station is a high cost facilities,if not in accordance with a certain speed and the law of development,it is possible to cause network intensive,waste of resources.The so-called "does not seek the long-term,the lack of a temporary",the gas station network construction is a long-term work.At present,with the development of new energy vehicles,the development of the traditional gas station needs to re positioning;with the rise of the concept of car life,the consumer to the gas station non oil business put forward higher requirements.So,we must carry out overall planning,from a strategic height according to local conditions,seize the market opportunity,meet the challenge with courage,use business advantage,overcome the disadvantage,and actively promote the gas station network construction,and strive to achieve the overall goal of the enterprise.The purpose of this paper is to develop a scientific and effective strategy for the development of the retail network of gas stations in Petrochina Jiangxi Marketing Company.The first two chapters of this paper,research background,research ideas and the main content of the account,the relevant literature review,the basic theory of strategic management are summarized.The third chapter discusses the external environment and the internal conditions of the development of the retail network of Petrochina Jiangxi Marketing Company,and carries out the strategic match through the SWOT analysis.The fourth chapter,based on the analysis of the refined oil salesenterprise general strategy selection,based on its mission and corporate positioning,choose the corresponding development strategy,and formulated the strategic implementation strategy and security measures.At the end of this paper,the research conclusions are summarized,and the research prospects are put forward.
