Study On The Development Of Small Tourism Enterprises In Minority Areas

Since the reform and opening up,economic and social development in ethnic minority areas has been rapid development.However,due to the poor natural conditions,the development of low starting point and some other factors,the economic and social development in ethnic minority areas is still lagging behind compared with other regions,poverty is a manifestation of the population.Because of the national ecological environment,rich in tourism resources and strong ethnic characteristics,tourism has been an important supporting industry to poverty alleviation in Minority Areas.Small tourism enterprises is “small,flexible and special”,they are the important component of the socialist market economy,the booster of economic growth and one of the main support for the development of the tourism industry.Small tourism enterprises have developed rapidly,with the development trend of strong,they can provide a lot of jobs,the growth of local the fiscal revenue,promote industrial development,change the mode of economic growth and made a great contribution to national economic growth and social stability.This article is based on this background,the Huangshui town of Shizhu County and surrounding the Youyang Taohuayuan area in the southeast of Chongqing as an example,systematically studies the development of the rural community type and scenic spot dependent tourism small business.For the promotion of national new stage and economic development of underdeveloped areas the society,this research has an importanttheoretical significance andpractical value.Based on the case of on-the-spot investigation,questionnaire investigation,structured interviews,interviews and other research methods,operating characteristics and obstacles facing operational aspects of small tourism enterprises in minority areas are discussed and put forward the corresponding strategies.The research contents of this paper include the following parts:Part one: basic research.This paper puts forward the background and significance of the topic,and arranges the results of the theoretical research in the tourism enterprises of foreign countries and domestic minority regions.Then draw out the research direction,the research content,the research methods and research technical route of this paper.Then,it analyzes the development trend of tourism in ethnic minority areas in Southeast Chongqing,and makes a deep understanding of the background and classification of small tourism enterprises.The second part: case study.Through the collation and analysis of questionnaires and interviews,and the related research data collected in the case,respectively,operator features,small business profiles,business analysis,development plan,employee situation,main business barriers of the small tourism enterprises in Huangshui town of Shizhu County and Youyang the Peach Garden scenic spots around are discussed.In order to further understanding the characteristics and status of the development of small tourism enterprises in Ethnic Areas,this paper compares the characteristics and obstacles of small tourism enterprises.The third part: Countermeasure Research.According to the above analysis,to explore the existence and development of small tourism enterprises in minority region,combined with two kinds of different geographical backgrounds,and put forward the countermeasures of rural community and attached to scenic spots small businesses tourism of the sustainable development.The fourth part: summary.Finally,this paper makes a summary of the research of this paper,draws the conclusion,reflects the shortcomings of the research and prospects the future research direction.
