With the continuous growth of the national economy and the improvement of people's living standard,tourism has gradually become a kind of leisure choice and the trend of normalization.In 2015,the global tourism and travel industry contributed 7.2 trillion USD to the word economy,accounting for 9.8%of the global GDP.In the past five years,China's tourism investment has grown at an average annual rate of 40%.Last year,domestic tourism revenue grew by 13%.The tourism industry is in full swing and tourism is becoming a strategic pillar industry of China's national economy.In the era of mass tourism,Self-driving tour,short-distance travel of the fiery,coupled with the "big city disease"has become increasingly prominent,beautiful scenery,full of pastoral rural tourism has become this era people relax,leisure and the inevitable demand and choice.In the current context of carrying forward the fine traditional culture,promoting the new rural construction,poverty alleviation and development,the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei cooperation development,rural tourism also usher in new opportunities.Through the F company such rural tourism enterprises,local tourism resources through the development and operation of rural tourism enterprises as the "Aspect" and "selling point",not only companies can profit a good development,has become the new rural construction reform and development of important milestones.In the vast rural tourism development space,F rural tourism company as the research object.Through the theory of enterprise strategic management,using PEST,SWOT and five-force model and other analysis methods,the F company's external environment,internal situation in detail and analysis,summed up the company's current opportunities and threats,the development of advantages and disadvantages.On this basis,the development of enterprise strategy to develop,including the overall strategic objectives,competitive strategy,functional strategy and put forward relevant specific recommendations.F companies need to find,the use of local tourism resources,especially the emperor Yao's mother culture resources,tourism products and tourism industry chain development,integration,operation and publicity,and effectively avoid disadvantages,"take its essence,remove the dross"to form a unique core competitiveness,Creating value for customers,creating high profits for the company to maximize its return on investment can be enhanced to achieve long-term development.This will not only fill in the lack of research in this area,but also for the same industry in the same industry to avoid the problem of other companies to provide reference value.At the same time,let the majority of farmers as practitioners to participate in the regional change,change the rural lands cape,promote the rural economy to take the special development and sustainable development path,get off the poor to become well-off,has very important practical significance.The future market space of F company's is great,this is the historical opportunity given by the times,expect the company through the modern enterprise system management,optimize the organizational structure,cultivate a good corporate culture,timely crack the problem,play a competitive advantage,achieve the company's sustained and good development.
