Research On Risk Management Of Escrow Bank Fund Business Outsourcing Services

By the end of 2015.Chinese fund industry has developed to the management scale of 12.61 trillion yuan rapidly.At present,the fund management company's back office operation is at their own operations and the operating costs is a heavy burden.Fund business outsourcing can bring great benefits to the participants,while it is also beneficial to further deepen the reform and optimize the allocation of resources.However,it will also bring risks to the business stakeholders,some of which will have a huge negative impact on the parties involved,such as regulatory ban,significant economic losses of the participants etc..Meanwhile,domestic researches on risk management of fund outsourcing are so few that it is very meaningful and valuable to do some research on it.From the perspective of business related parties,this article identified the risk of fund outsourcing,analyzed the game relationship between the fund business outsourcing services participants,used the PFA-Production Flow Analysis to identify,enumerate and analyze the risks of fund outsourcing,and then used the risk matrix method to measure the identified the key risk,such as investment assets that may cause the fund business outsourcing services failure,customer information disclosure,information disclosure is not timely and other risk items,so that the participants can co-ordinate the establishment and implementation of risk control strategies based on the risk identification and measurement results.On the basis of identifying and quantifying the risk,this article combines the actual situation of fund business in China and puts forward the risk response strategy proposal for the risk item of the fund outsourcing service participants.For example,give the suggestion to establish a unified regulatory in the presence of China's financial institutions supervised respectively;give the suggestions to strengthen the construction of system aims at China's current situation that has less fund business outsourcing system,which has a guiding significance for the current newborn-period's fund business outsourcing.It is hoped to make a contribution to the development of the custodian banks business&outsourcing business smoothly.
