Study On Project Location Of Tobacco Leaf Curing Enterprises

The tobacco industry is currently facing the growth rate of decline,business inventories increased,structure space narrowing,demand inflection point approaching the "four major problems,and in recent years the domestic tobacco redrying enterprises are faced with aging equipment,loss of function and process of tobacco enterprises compression processing point and remeshing dilemma,because the State Tobacco control scale led to intense the competition of tobacco redrying processing market,enterprise technology imperative,the 26 domestic tobacco redrying enterprise project site easy technological transformation.Therefore,the use of scientific and reasonable method for tobacco re baking enterprise site selection,worthy of our attention.The current situation of the development of this paper through literature research found that the current domestic location,location research covers many fields and industries,but in the tobacco redrying enterprises located less attention,so the tobacco redrying enterprises as the object of its location.Based on the characteristics of Tobacco Leaf Curing enterprises and their site selection,37 factors influencing the location of tobacco re curing enterprises were analyzed and investigated.Using the factor analysis method for reliability analysis and reasonable classification of evaluation index,in order to accurately evaluate the importance of alternative sites comprehensive ability index,using expert evaluation method to determine the weight,on the basis of the application of AHP-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to identify alternative field access the most comprehensive capacity as tobacco redrying enterprise site.In Chongqing Tobacco Limited company site as an example,based on a qualitative analysis of three alternative sites on the application of factor analysis method is selected by the 33 evaluation indexes in the redrying enterprises,using expert evaluation method to evaluate the weights of the index system,using AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method the mutual authentication finally determine the location,confirms the practicality of this study.
