At present,China's social and economic development has entered a new stage of development.In order to realize the sustainable development of economy,it is necessary to establish a testing organization with the development scale and good service ability.This is mainly because of the excellent detection mechanism is the premise of the law enforcement agencies to perform their duties,but also to provide standardized tests to protect the national economy.At present,it is widely used in all kinds of business activities because of its fairness,objectivity and professionalism.Therefore,it is particularly important to improve people's living standards,and accelerate the development of international trade.Since entering the new century,the third party institution in our country is developing rapidly,especially in the era of new economy,opening up the domestic market,which makes the detection mechanism in large quantities to the influx of domestic,to promote China's rectification in the detection mechanism in the market adjustment mechanism and detection.With the development of the third party testing organization,it plays a more and more important role in the market economy of our country.At present,the testing organization has become the most promising industry in China's service industry.M testing company is in China as early as the development of the detection mechanism,the company customers in many industries,such as roads and bridges,ships,and traditional steel construction,at the same time the company also provide staff training on the NDT and thickness measurement services.With the gradual development of M testing company,the company's products and services are gradually diversified,and the ability to enhance product services,the challenges faced by more and more.For this reason,this paper chooses M testing company as the main body of the study,through a comprehensive analysis of the multi angle,looking for ways to improve the competitiveness of the company,so as to achieve high quality development.This paper describes and analyses from the following aspects:testing company development course,development situation and prospects;the company's core competitiveness theory,training plan and the current development situation of the field of domestic detection.Through the analysis of these aspects of the summary,detected by M company as the research object,analysis of its current position in the domestic testing industry,Research Analysis Corporation internal structure,development objectives,customer groups,management system,find the existing problem in the industry,and to determine the factors that affect the core competitiveness.Through the analysis of all-round carding on the problems of M company,from the aspects of system construction,corporate culture,innovation ability and organizational structure of the company's products and services,strengthen the ability construction of intellectual property rights,improve the company's product innovation ability,develop suitable for the marketing plan of M company to enhance competitiveness.
