In recent years,with the rapid and high-quality development of China's railway industry,railway companies are facing new opportunities and challenges.In order to meet the new challenges,cultivating and enhancing the core competitiveness of railway companies has become the top priority.This paper takes ZTF company as the research object,analyzes the structure of its core competitiveness,evaluates the importance of its main components.Then,the future strategy of core competitiveness promotion are put forward.First of all,this paper reviews the development status and goals of ZTF in recent years,then clarifies the basic status of the company's operation,industries and business positioning,and competitive target positioning.Before the deconstruction and evaluation of the company's core competitiveness,the company's advantages and disadvantages in the competition,as well as the opportunities and challenges that it may face,are clarified combined with the current specific development environment.Therefore which aspects the company's core competitiveness will be reflected and which specific elements can be decomposed can be identified.Then,the paper clarifies the structural relationship and interaction relationship among these core competitiveness elements,and establishes the structural model of ZTF's core competitiveness.On this basis,the researcher designed a questionnaire to investigate the performance of 32 components of ZTF's core competitiveness in recent years,and different practitioners involved in the railway industry was investigated.After collecting the data from the questionnaire,factor analysis is used to reduce the dimensions of these elements,so that the 32 elements of ZTF's core competitiveness can be summarized into seven mainaspects: internal management ability,social responsibility bearing ability,project management ability,fund operation ability,company staff ability,engineering technology design ability and external cooperation ability.By taking the factor load obtained by factor analysis as the scoring weight,the comprehensive scores of these seven aspects of the core competitiveness are calculated,so as to determine the performance of the core competitiveness of ZTF company.According to the results,the future strategies for improving the core competitiveness can be put forward.Finally,combined with the previous research and ZTF's actual situation,the strategies of improving the company's core competitiveness in the next 3-5 years are put forward.
