Study On Poverty Alleviation And Development Of Tourism In Pinglu County Of Shanxi

Tourism poverty alleviation as a kind of industrial development poverty alleviation,with poor people involved in a wide range of production and operation costs are low,the effectiveness of poverty relief to the low rate of return characteristics and advantages.Therefore,China’s governments at all levels attach great importance to solving regional poverty through the development of tourism.Pinglu County tourism poverty alleviation began in 2007,into nearly 10 years of exploration,the county tourism poverty alleviation and development work has achieved some results,but there are many problems.This paper takes Pinglu County tourism poverty alleviation and development as the research object,so as to analyze the problems existing in the development of poverty alleviation and development in Pinglu County and formulate scientific and effective tourism poverty alleviation and development strategy as the research surface.In the process of research,this paper used the methods of literature research,case study,field investigation and interview investigation.From the research content,this paper first sums up and summarizes the connotation and function of tourism poverty alleviation and development,and clarifies the relevant theoretical basis of tourism poverty alleviation and development.Secondly,through field investigation,participation in the main interview and investigation,collecting a lot of first-hand information,in-depth summary of Pinglu County tourism poverty alleviation and development of specific problems.Thirdly,through the collection and analysis of industry data,this paper systematically analyzes the internal and external environment of tourism poverty alleviation and development by using SWOT analysis method in combination with the basic situation of Pinglu county.Finally,this paper gives the strategies and suggestions for the development of tourism poverty alleviation in Pinglu County under the guidance of the relevant theories of tourism poverty alleviation and development.his article contains a total of six chapters,the contents of each chapter is as follows:Chapter 1,Introduction.This paper mainly discusses the background and background of this paper,and discusses the research purpose and significance of this paper.The second chapter is the theoretical basis of tourism poverty alleviation and development.This paper is the theoretical basis of the whole paper.Firstly,the connotation of tourism poverty alleviation and development is defined,and the function of tourism poverty alleviation and development is expounded.Secondly,the theory of tourism poverty alleviation and development(including multiplier effect theory,community participation theory,income distribution theory and sustainable development Theory)and so on.The third chapter analyzes the status quo and problems of tourism poverty alleviation in Pinglu county.This chapter is part of the present description and problem analysis,which is one of the core contents of this paper.First,according to Pinglu County Tourism Bureau to provide information and field survey results,description of Pinglu County tourism poverty alleviation and basic analysis framework,and the internal and external environment of poverty alleviation and development of tourism in Pinglu County is analyzed by PEST analysis method and Porter five force model.The fifth chapter,Pinglu County tourism poverty alleviation and development countermeasures.According to the problems existing in poverty alleviation and development of Pinglu County and the internal and external environment,the countermeasures and implementation measures of poverty alleviation and development in tourism are put forward.Chapter 6 summarizes the conclusion of the paper,summarizes the shortcomings of the research and the follow-up research.To help China’s poor people to solve the problem of poverty is an important part of building a socialist harmonious society,tourism poverty alleviation is one of the important ideas and initiatives of industry poverty alleviation.The induction and analysis of the theory of tourism poverty alleviation and development is of some theoretical significance to the promotion of the overall work of tourism poverty alleviation,and it has some academic guidance value for other scholars to study the problem of poverty alleviation.At the same time,the current poverty alleviation work in China is mainly concentrated in the economically backward areas of the central and western regions.Pinglu County is located in the south of Shanxi Province in the south of China.The problems faced by the tourism poverty alleviation work are representative.Therefore,the study of poverty alleviation and development in Pinglu County is not only helpful to the work of poverty alleviation in the county,but also has some guiding value for the development of tourism poverty alleviation in other counties and cities.
