Poverty is a universal social problem in the world.Anti-poverty(poverty alleviation)is a practical problem that all countries strive to solve.In recent years,helping the rural population to get rid of poverty and increase income through tourism economic support has become an important driving force for regional economic growth and regional sustainable development.On the one hand,relying on superior natural and human resources,focusing on scenic spots,radiating surrounding communities,encouraging residents to actively participate in tourism development,and promoting the local tourism economy to flourish,which not only helps the poor to quickly achieve economic poverty,but also participates in the process of participation.Help the poor to achieve mental poverty alleviation and poverty alleviation,and improve their self-development internal growth,so as to effectively curb poverty and reduce the chance of poverty reduction at the root.On the other hand,in the process of local tourism development,improve public infrastructure,realize the sharing of tourism environment and community environmental resources,help optimize the living environment of local communities,and improve the living conditions of residents.Community residents,especially the poor,are the mainstays of tourism poverty alleviation.Only encouraging them to actively participate in tourism development and taking on certain responsibilities and work is an important way to help the poor to truly get rid of poverty.As a direct stakeholder in tourism development,the participation and behavior of community residents will be directly affected by the perception of tourism poverty alleviation,which will further affect the overall performance of tourism poverty alleviation,and is an important factor in the performance evaluation of tourism poverty alleviation development.This paper takes the neighboring rural community in the Daocheng Scenic Area of Daocheng as a case study place,with the theory of sustainable development,stakeholder theory and social exchange theory as the core of the theory,through literature research,field research,questionnaires and interviews,mathematical statistics and other research methods.On the basis of economic actual performance evaluation,combined with economic,social and environmental effects,and environmental effects,the overall performance evaluation of tourism poverty alleviation work in seven mral communities was carried out.The study concluded that the economic performance of one of the seven rural communities has improved significantly,relying on the tourism industry to achieve poverty alleviation;2 the positive effect of tourism poverty alleviation is positive,especially the economic performance strongly affects participation behavior;3 the negative effect of tourism poverty alleviation effect is emerging,But it does not affect its participation behavior;4 influenced by historical development and policy factors,there are significant differences in tourism poverty alleviation perceptions in different mral communities.Finally,based on the results of empirical research,we will make recommendations on talents and science and technology poverty alleviation,employment poverty alleviation,ecological poverty alleviation,supportive poverty alleviation and infrastrueture poverty alleviation,in order to guide the future rural tourism poverty alleviation practice,and implement the coordination,green,The concept of shared development will realize the coordinated development of the regional five-in-one faster and better,and at the same time,help the poor to get rid of poverty and become rich by helping the tourism industry.
