Research Of The Wind Power Project Management In Xinjiang Hami Region

With the environment and energy problem becoming increasingly terrible,especially the haze weather appearing frequently in recent years,our country now has a new idea of energy industry that we will substitute the organic fossil energy for the clean environment-friendly and recycling energy and also increase the proportion of them.The wind power in our country has a huge development potential.With the fast development of the industrialization,we are in badly need of the wind power.But our country's current regulatory mode of wind power project limits the rapid development of wind power industry,so it's extremely urgent for us to do a systematic research,conclude some advanced methods and promote our management level for the management of the wind power project in our country.The paper put the wind power project as a research object with concrete cases.First,It analyzed the current situation to the project management,based on several phases like exploration and design,establishment,installation,acceptance check and operation.Also,it valued some problems about construction quality and security,schedule,risk control and talent management during managing the project to analyze further subjective and objective reasons for relevant issues.According to those problems about the management and control of the wind power appearing in Hami region,the paper took the principles of adjusting measures to local conditions and being practical and realistic,with a research method of linking theory with practice.It also used the experience of other countries' advanced management for reference to achieve the scientization,normalization,elaboration,and dynamism of the project management,the paper did optimization plans and improvement approaches.Finally,through the effect analysis of the management the wind power project that was improved in Xinjiang Hami region,It explained the achievement after improving comprehensively the management of the project by making extensive comments from many aspects: economic and social benefits,construction quality and security and the demonstration effect that the wind power industry brought to Xinjiang Hami region.Through management theories and methods that were concluded after studying the management theories of the wind power project,the paper instructed all kinds of technical activities during the project management of the wind power.The purpose of the paper is to offer some materials of the theory research for improving the management level of the wind power in our country.
