Research On Southeast Asia International Developing Strategy Of GXNF Group

China,it has not very strong advantage in natural resources,its reserves cannot support the fast social and economic development in the long term,stable overseas resources supply would be the guarantee for the sustainable development of our country,and the irreversible developing direction for our mining industry in future.A comprehensive analysis was conducted for the internal conditions of GXNF Group who will implement Southeast Asia international development strategy,which concluded that GXNF Group has the advantage in terms of resources,research and development,technology,industry chain,brand and geography,and GXNF also has the disadvantage in terms of smelting layout,overseas resources development,overseas project talents and capital operation.And a comprehensive analysis was conducted for GXNF Group’s external environment,which concluded that GXNF Group has the opportunity of national "going out"policy,Southeast Asian countries mineral potential and the of improving investment environment,but also facing the challenge of slowly global economic recovery,commodity prices downward and overseas investment risk increasing.Based on the comprehensive analysis for GXNF Group,a SWOT analysis model was built to determine GXNF Group the Southeast Asia international overall strategy,positioning,and strategic objectives,which could be gradually achieved through the implement of geological exploration strategy,mining technology strategy,project capitalization strategy,advantage industry cooperation and relevant risk prevention measures.
