| Establishing and developing industrial park is adopted as a kind of policy instrument to regional development in the world. The western Hunan is the mainly underdevelopment ,minority, ecological vulnerability area in Hunan province. Furthermore, it is the hub which links the east and west and connects the Changjiang River and south china economic zone, so, it has a prominent location characteristics and an important strategic position. Setting up industrial park is a strategic act to quicken the development of underdeveloped areas that contributes to integrating resources, reducing social costs, enhancing cooperation, increasing production efficiency, concentrating intelligence, improving innovation ability, establishing brand and attracting investors. Building industrial park is a new task to underdeveloped areas.This literature starts with the basic conceptions about industrial park, reviewing the development processes of industrial park at home and abroad, analyzing the trend, and then putting forward that growth pole theory, industrial cluster theory, comparative advantage theory and technology innovation theory are the academic basis after teasing and integrating involved theories about regional economics and development economics. Subsequently, it generalizes the development patterns to industrial park which include management pattern, exploitation pattern and attracting investors pattern, pointing out the new direction to development pattern innovation to underdeveloped areas, analyzing the industry orientation about industrial park of underdeveloped areas. Afterwards, it advances some suggestions about quickening industrial park development of underdeveloped areas. Finally, it argues the development of industrial park to underdeveloped areas through Zhangjiajie industrial park. The primary aim of this article is offering some reference to construct industrial park of underdeveloped areas and promoting the harmony development to regional economic. |
