The issue of pay management has long been the most confusing part of the business unit in management.A company is China’s leading cloud computing,large data service providers,more than 100 countries and regions around the world to provide IT products and services,all-round to meet the government and enterprise information needs.As the industry leader in the design of the pay system is still a lot of problems,the core post turnover rate rise,competitors digging,how to keep people,educate A company imminent to solve the problem.In this paper,through the study of salary management and research,as well as the analysis of the status of A company staff and pay,the job value evaluation is carried out.Based on this,the salary division level and the matching target performance management method are combined.A company design and strategy to match the salary system.But also hope to be the same for the domestic companies to provide a puzzle reference.
