Research On Urban Traffic Congestion Management In China Under "Internet + City Management"

With the growth of urban development in China,the process of accelerating and the scale of urbanization continued to grow,urban management problems are increasing.Relying on the rapid development of Internet information technology,the use of Internet thinking to manage the city increasingly people's attention and attention,so,"Internet + city management" came into being,and increasingly become the current urban management of China's hot and mainstream.The traffic congestion management in the context of "Internet + city management" is a new management model and management direction.Through the combination of advanced technology with the Internet,it can effectively solve the shortcomings of traditional urban traffic congestion management,but also conducive to the transformation of government functions.However,China's current traffic congestion management in the context of "Internet + city management" is still in the exploration stage,there are still some problems,especially in the use of Internet information technology,the power is not strong,lack of capacity,to a certain extent affected the people's travel experience,is not conducive to the sustainable development of the city traffic congestion.Therefore,it is necessary to explore,study and improve the urban traffic congestion management in the background of "Internet + city management",and really improve the capacity and level of urban traffic congestion management to serve the public and promote the innovation of urban traffic congestion management development.This paper researched the status,opportunities,problems and causes of the urban traffic congestion management in the background of "Internet + city management" through the use of case method,comparative method,theoretical analysis method.By drawing lessons from the domestic part of the traffic congestion management in the advanced management experience in the city,this paper putted forward the construction of the urban traffic congestion management in the background of "Internet + city management",which provided theoretical support for efficient urban traffic management and service for government departments and has some reference significance for traffic congestion management in other cities in China.The use of Internet technology to China's urban traffic congestion management is of great significance,such as innovative urban traffic congestion management model,to promote traffic management information intelligence and multi-sector coordination.However,there are some problems and constraints in the process of using Internet technology to promote urban traffic congestion management in China,including management concept,technology,personnel,system and information security.In view of these problems,this paper draws lessons from the experience of advanced traffic congestion management in cities,and puts forward countermeasures from five aspects: one is to innovate the management concept and management mode,the second is to promote the application of advanced technology of the Internet,the third is to cultivate the "Internet + city management" new environment of the backbone of talent,four is to improve the "Internet + city management" policy system.The use of Internet technology for urban traffic congestion management is a long-term work,the need for departments and the whole society together,in order to truly realize: "the Internet,to make urban transport life better."...
