| To improve the quality of rural labor force,build modernized Chinese rural areas.China has carried out a cultivation work for new professional farmers in the pilot area.January 2017,ministry of agriculture issued a document which pointed out that new professional farmers’ cultivation system will be established.Fengxiang’s cultivation work has been started for a period of time.It contains four items,teaching training,continuing education,help counseling,policy support.Fengxiang’s cultivation work for new professional farmers is consistent with national requirements.Learning about Fengxiang’s cultivation work is helpful for us to learn the development path of nation’s cultivation work.Before writing,the author combs the relevant theory and research about this artical,and then investigate the specific situation including the main body,the object,and cultivation system in Fengxiang.The author use Analytic Hierarchy Process and Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation method to research the effect of cultivation work for Fengxiang.Then the author Points out the problem and use probit model to find out the influential factors of the effect.At last the author makes a suggestion to improve the effect of Fengxiang’s cultivation work.Finally,the results display that Fengxiang’s cultivation work has got a fine effect.Respectively,teaching training and continuing education was rated as well,help counseling and policy support was rated as good.The problem is that the new professional farmers would not have a high learning ability,cultivation work does not match new professional farmers’ Demand and cultivation work is lacking of funds.The influential factors is that individual characteristics,characteristics of agricultural management,Cognition of this work.Based on the above analysis,the paper puts forward some suggestions including improving the quality of cultivated objects,strengthening the cultivation of the main behavior and optimizing the working environment. |
