Research On Informatization Planning Of HF Manufacturing Oriented To Intelligent Manufacturing

In the current economic situation,the traditional textile printing and dyeing enterprises are facing many difficulties.In the supply side of the policy under the guidance of reform,enterprises are faced with the survival of the national reduction of excess production capacity.At the same time the face of Internet technology,the development of intelligent technology,enterprise operating costs continue to increase,and the customer's personalized small batch of new varieties of new needs,only deep-level enterprise reform and innovation in order to better development.At present,due to large differences in industry,intelligent manufacturing model,in the machinery manufacturing,electronics,chemical and other industries to carry out the application faster.But in the textile printing and dyeing industry is currently not found a better application of enterprises.In this paper,we take a traditional textile printing and dyeing company HF as an example,the use of scientific information planning method to help enterprises to intelligent manufacturing as the core of the application of information technology and enterprise strategy,organization,process and management control system integration,Help enterprises to improve the level of product design and production automation,product design and production of intelligent,agile,flexible and lean,as the production of high value-added products platform.And promote the transformation of enterprise management and organizational model,bringing the level of enterprise management and economic benefits greatly improved;to promote the flat organizational structure,market information,technical information and production activities combine to enable business managers to quickly To make the right and scientific decision-making,so that the human,material and financial resources more effective allocation of enterprises to create the core competitiveness of the most effective protection.The conclusion of this paper is that it is scientific and feasible to use the scientific information programming method to plan the whole information strategy for the intelligent manufacturing industry.Through the planning and implementation of HF's intelligent manufacturing projects,we have explored a Chinese textile printing and dyeing enterprises in the transformation and upgrading of a viable path.
