| With the development of new IT technologies,Integration between IT technologies andmanufacturing industry is greatly changing the production mode of manufacturing enterprises,and this will also redefine the value chain of the entire manufacturing industry.China announced “China Manufacturing 2025” plan in 2015,research and implementation of intelligent manufacturing system is the realization of China Manufacturing 2025,and this is also the key path of manufacturing enterprises’ upgrade.Company X has been established for10 years,it provides design,manufacturing,sales service for automated testing equipment,automated production assembly line.Under the circumstance of manufacturing upgrade,Company X is in a fast-growth mode,this article was target to research the Intelligent Manufacturing Systems,and this enables Company X to achieve its strategical goals.Meanwhile,X is a company provides intelligent equipment for other factories,with the practice of building internal Intelligent Manufacturing systems,it will help the company to build the foundation to achieve the goal of “Intelligent Manufacturing Total Solution Provider”,and this is also meaningful for Company X’s long term strategy.At the beginning,this article described the theory of information system planning,introduced the working mechanism of Business System Planning,Critical Success Factor.Then it introduced basic concepts of Industry 4.0 and Intelligent Manufacturing.This article did the surveys in Company X,described the current status and the low quality,low efficiency,high cost problems it is facing.This article also did the research in the industry,compared the information management systems status with company X’s competitors,this concluded the necessity and urgency of implementing Intelligent Manufacturing Systems.After analyzing the problems discovered in the company and the long term goal of Company X,this article used CSF method to find out critical factors which contributes to the long term goals,this defined the requirements of the systems.After the requirements were defined,used BSP method to complete the system planning.First,it defined the business processes,and then defined the data categories,after that it created the U/C matrix,from the matrix,it completed the Intelligent Manufacturing Planning by defining 5sub-systems(CRM,ERP,PLM,SCM,MES). |
