A Study On The Effect Of Property Heterogeneity On The Performance Of Chinese Traditional Machinery Manufacturing Industry And Its Regional Difference

Machinery manufacturing industry is a capital-intensive industry that is the important basis for industrialization and development of national economy.Under the background of the declining economic scale of China's machinery industry,and the deepening of the mixed ownership reform of state-owned enterprises,the problems of the ownership,economic performance and innovation performance of large enterprises in the eastern,central and western traditional machinery manufacturing industries need to be deepened research.In this paper,empirical analysis is used to study the performance of traditional mechanical manufacturing enterprises with different ownership properties in different regions of China.The main contents can be divided into three parts.The first part completes the summarize of the paper's background,the purpose and significance of the research,and the research methods.Meanwhile,it provides the analysis and review of the theory,the domestic and foreign literature of the heterogeneity which links the property rights,the economic and innovative performance of the machinery manufacturing industry.With this premise,the paper puts forward the problems that need to be discussed in this paper.The second part is the main content of the paper.First of all,it describes and summarizes the development situation and problems of Chinese traditional machinery manufacturing enterprises in recent years.Secondly,the time-series panel data model are used to analyze the long-term economic and innovation performance factors of 60 listed traditional manufacturing companies in China from 1999 to 2015.And then on this basis,the empirical results are summarized.The third part is the countermeasures and suggestions of the paper.Based on the theory and data analysis results,the paper puts forward some suggestions on how to choose the appropriate mixed ownership model,promote the economic performance and innovation performance of the company.
