With the rapid development of Chinese economy,domestic commercial banks are becoming increasingly fierce competition.In recent years,in the economically developed areas in China,many domestic and foreign commercial banks in the rapid expansion of bank branches,China growth far exceeded the demand of economic development,the competition between banks has become increasingly intense.How to keep the market share of the bank,play the advantages of increasing market share and establish a scientific,reasonable,efficient performance appraisal system is one of the key factors to win market competition.At present,Ji'an rural commercial bank performance appraisal system has many deficiencies,serious impact on the overall development and market competitiveness of the bank,the speed of development and competition War is much lower than with other regional banks.Therefore,establishing a set to conform to the actual situation of Ji'an rural commercial bank development,scientific,reasonable and effective performance appraisal system,to strengthen the grassroots network assessment,Ji'an rural commercial bank to obtain a steady and rapid development,provided important measures for lifting its competitiveness.Through in-depth analysis of the current performance appraisal system of Ji'an rural commercial bank,and summarizes the problems,using the Balanced Scorecard and key performance index method,the Ji'an rural commercial bank performance appraisal system has been redesigned.The strategic objectives of the line oriented,from the financial,customer,internal process four,learning and growth levels,corresponding to key performance indicators,design department manager,branch president,appointed accountant and staff level of the performance appraisal system.Through the design of performance appraisal system,to promote the development of the grass-roots network and motivate employees to achieve full line,to the basic network And the scientific,reasonable and efficient management of employees,enhance the competitiveness of banks,increase market share,so that the rural commercial banks in Ji'an have been developed rapidly.
