Study On The Residents' Well-being's Spatial Differences Measurement And The Dynamic Mechanism Of Spatial Equilibrium In Poyang Lake Area

The key to promoting regional balanced and coordinated development is narrowing the differences of the regional well-being.The research issues of the thesis are spatial differences and the dynamic mechanism of the spatial equilibrium.The thesis used Gini coefficient,Theil coefficient,econometrics,comparative analysis and so on as the research methods,to deeply analysis the evolution of the spatial differences,the spatial decomposition and the factor analysis in 1990,2000 and 2010 in Poyang lake area.Then conduct a quantitative research on the dynamic mechanism of the spatial equilibrium of residents' well-being in Poyang lake area.The main conclusions are as followed:(1)Snice 1990,The residents' well-being in Poyang lake area has step up a lot.The structure of the residents' well-being in Poyang lake area have convergence trend.The income factor is the principal factor in optimizing the structure of the residents' well-being.The residents' well-being in Binhu area is relatively low and Around the Lake area's is relatively high.The structure of the residents' well-being in Binhu area is less balanced than Around the Lake area.(2)In Poyang lake area,the economic differences between counties is big,but the well-being's are small.The economic differences are continuously extend,but the well-being's are keep narrowing.The economic differences and well-being differences in Binhu area is relatively big,but the economic differences and well-being differences in Around the Lake area is relatively small.(3)The well-being spatial differences in Poyang lake area's mainly embedded within the Binhu area and Around the Lake area.Binhu area has big spatial differences and Around the Lake area is small.The spatial differences between the river basins are big and the spatial differences within the river basins are small.(4)The health differences are gradually expand and the education differences are narrowing in Poyang lake area.The income differences have always been the main part of the differences of the residents' well-being in Poyang lake area.Concentration effect can narrow the differences of residents' well-being and the structure effect can expand the differences of residents' well-being in Poyang lake area,But the residents' well-being in Poyang lake area trend to be equilibrium.(5)Economic development,public finance,industrialization,urbanization are the principal factors to promoting resdent's well-being in Poyang lake area.Further promote the residents' well-being and improve the balanced development in Poyang lake area by promoting the economic developing,improving the public finance,promoting the industrial structure optimize and further promoting the urbanization and other aspects.
