| Since the acceleration of Chinese railway construction,the growing demand for locomotive has been pushing up the development of the market for railway vehicle parts.As the purchaser of railway vehicle parts,related enterprises are facing up some new conditions and problems,and need to enhance their purchasing management,lower down their purchasing costs and promote their financial performance by reinforce their supply chain management.Started from the perspective of strategic purchasing,this paper discussed how enterprises who need to purchase railway vehicle parts enhance their purchasing management under the complicated supply chain environment,which is the foundation to be analyzed.There are eight chapter of this paper: The introduction,which introduced the background,significance,current research status,innovating points and difficulties for the problem this paper discussed.Analyzed advanced strategic purchasing management theory and purchasing cost management theory,which is aim to provide the theoretical framework for analyzing the railway vehicle parts purchasing management.Mainly discussed the inner relationship between railway vehicle parts purchasing management and enterprise’s cost control,emphasized the fact that enhanced purchasing management can be helpful to reinforce cost control ability.Analyzed how to promote supplier management and implement the selection,assessment and management for qualified supplier under the framework of strategic purchasing management.From the aspect of purchasing management procedures,Illustrated how to optimize purchasing management procedures in the name of strategic purchasing management,and in this chapter also discussed how to continuously improve enterprise’s purchasing management from the aspect of self-construction and self-management.Took “Beijing vertical and horizontal mechanical and electrical Technology Development Company” for example,analyzed the practice and problems in their purchasing management,and provided several suggestions.Summarized the whole discussion,and proposed some advices for enhancing purchasing management. |
