With the advancement in national sustainable development strategy,the green and sustainable development concepts are ganing enormous popularity,Building industry implement BIM-based green building projects are necessary for the sustainable development.But the economic externality of BIM-based green building projects blocked the current development,so government take the initiative to implement incentive policy is an inevitable choice for the development of BIM-based green building projects.Based on these above,from the perspective of evolutionary game theory to analyze the strategy selection of project participants under different conditions and different stages,so as to provide strategies and policy suggestions for accelerate the achievement of the final stage of the evolutionary game equilibrium(i.e.,the owners exploit?government don't incentive?consumers to buy).Firstly,this paper introduces and analyses the related basic theory,green building,BIM,evolution game theory is discussed,providing theoretical support for BIM-based green building's necessity and feasibility,and give to theory security for BIM-based green building's economic analysis and evolutionary game analysis.Then analyzes the economic externality of green building,the network externalities of BIM technology.Providing the theoretical sources for BIM-based green building's economic externality,and also indirectly illustrates the feasibility of evolutionary game analysis;then analyzed the increment cost and benefit of green building in detail,also analyzed investment cost and benefit of BIM technology,these analysis provide the basis for hypothesis and parameters propose of evolutionary game model.Then constructs the evolutionary game model of green building projects,solving evolutionary stability strategies,analyzed stability of the evolutionary stability strategies and the equilibrium point,also analyzed the evolutionary path,through analyzed the owners and the government behavior patterns on green building project development,projects development was divided into four stages: initial stage,development stage,perfect stage and mature stage,so as to provide a theoretical reference for the government to implement different incentives in different stages.Then constructs evolutionary game model of BIM-based green building on the basis of Game Analysis,also constructs the replicated dynamic equation of the tripartite evolutionary game analysis,analyzed the stability of the equilibrium,according to the tripartite evolutionary game analysis,three parties behavior's game in such projects was divided into four stages: initial stage,development stage,perfect stage and mature stage.This paper will provide a theoretical basis for the design of BIM-based green building's incentive mechanism,in the future research,we can divided the incentive stage into 3 stage according to the stage of the game: early stage,growth stage,mature stage,aim at different stages adopt different strategies,so as to provide detailed and specific recommendations for BIM-based green building's rapid development.
