In the 21 st century,innovation is imperative.The strategic planning for national innovation-driven development will ultimately be implemented to the enterprise innovation level which focus lies in the employee individual behavior innovation.Therefore,it is necessary to explore the internal mechanism and influencing factors of employee innovation behavior.In this paper,we construct the research model with learning organization culture as independent variable,psychological authorization as mediator variable and internal incentive preference as the regulatory variable to explore the mechanism between these variables and employee innovation behavior.Combing the existing literature,a questionnaire containing 24 items is designed.Then,the regression analysis method is used to analyze the relationship between learning organizational culture,psychological empowerment,internal incentive preference and employee's innovation behavior,hoping to provide relevant suggestions for the relevant enterprises.With the aid of statistical software SPSS19.0,the data acquired through field research and the questionnaire distributed online is analyzed,and the hypothesis is verified,and the following conclusions are drawn:(1)The employee's innovation behavior is affected by individual characteristics of employee.Learning organization culture has a positive impact on it.(2)Psychological empowerment plays a mediating role between learning organization culture and employee innovation behavior.(3)Incentive preference positively affects employee innovation behavior,but negatively regulates learning organizational culture and employee innovation behavior.In conclusion,it is necessary to construct a learning organization culture in the enterprise.At the same time,some suggestions are put forward from three aspects incorporating culture atmosphere construction,psychological empowerment promotion and incentive mechanism establishment...
