In the 21 st century,the economic development into the information age,the national innovation strategy-driven requirements and the "Internet +" gradually change the form of economic development,industry and IT integration brings a new model of economic development.Such as the Internet,the Internet and the wisdom of the community and many other "Internet +" excellent case shows that the Internet is not the same as the Internet,the Internet and the wisdom of the community,The Core Role of IT in Economic Transformation.However,IT innovation is not satisfactory today,making IT enterprise innovation has become a focus of the study of scholars,this paper from the IT staff to start the incentive system,select the IT enterprise innovation in the protagonist-IT employees,And makes an in-depth research and discussion on its innovative behavior.In the past,the study of the impact of innovative behavior,most of the research will be innovative behavior as a whole concept,ignoring the innovation behavior of the stage and complexity.Based on the existing research results,this research is based on the new problems existing in the enterprise,and establishes the theoretical model of the relationship between human-organization matching,psychological authorization,organizational atmosphere and employee's innovation behavior.Distinguish the behavior of innovation into different stages to break the previous research will be innovative behavior as a whole to discuss.This paper explores the mechanism of human-organizational matching on employee's innovation behavior from each angle,and further explores the correlation between human-organization matching dimension and innovation behavior,and interprets the relationship between employees by interpersonal empowerment.As well as the staff to feel the organizational atmosphere of the relationship between people-organizational matching and employee behavior to regulate the role of innovation to explore the incentive behavior of employees.In addition,this research is based on the industry characteristics of innovative behavior,selected the information technology industry R & D personnel as the research object,through the selection of several different enterprises in Shanghai to send the questionnaire to collect data,and use IBM SPSS Amos 22 and other statistical software,The reliability of the questionnaire,validity analysis,descriptive statistical analysis,correlation analysis,regression analysis of the theoretical model to test.It is helpful to clarify the factors that affect the innovation of the individual in order to help the enterprises to better grasp the psychological process and behavior characteristics of the individual innovation,and to formulate the human resource management plan based on this.,To promote the sustainable development of enterprises and the rapid innovation of the industry.
