In today's society,with the acceleration of economic process,the change of production organization's model,the acceleration of technological change,the intensification of market competition and the shortening of economic cycle,the core enterprise and the innovation have become the important concern for economic development.However,due to the characteristics of modern innovation,such as high risk,high input,high efficiency,high coordination and so on,as well as the production linkage between the core enterprise and its supporting enterprises,the core enterprise needs to do collaborative innovation with its supporting enterprises.The collaborative Innovation between the core enterprise and its supporting enterprises can meet the changing demand of the market,shorten the innovation cycle,reduce the risk and cost of innovation,improve the overall supply chain revenue.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the collaborative innovation between core enterprise and its supporting enterprises.First of all,on the basis of collating and studying the existing literature,the paper combs the research status of collaborative innovation between the core enterprise and its supporting enterprises.The paper also defines the concept,such as the core enterprise,supporting enterprises,supply chain and so on.This paper also analyzes the three theoretical bases of modular theory and cooperative innovation theory and Game Theory,which lays the foundation for the following research.Secondly,according to the vertical cooperation innovation and the horizontal cooperation innovation of the cooperation innovation theory and the organizational model of core enterprise and its supporting enterprises,this paper puts forward two modes of collaborative innovation between core enterprises and supporting enterprises,which are the collaborative innovation model in supply chain and between supply chains.According to the position of the core enterprise in the supply chain,this paper divides the collaborative innovation model in the supply chain into four types: the core enterprise as the core enterprise,the manufacturer as the core enterprise,the distributor as the core enterprise and the retailer as the core enterprise.According to the organization of collaborative innovation between supply chains,the collaborative innovation model between supply chains is divided into two modes: parallel collaborative innovation model and cross-collaborative innovation model.On the basis of this,a more concise collaborative innovation model is put forward according to different basis.Then,through the establishment of the secondary supply chainStackelberg game model of a core enterprise and an upstream supporting enterprise,This paper studies the three situations of the collaborative innovation between the core enterprise and its supporting enterprises separately,namely: the two sides of the product collaborative innovation,supporting enterprise products collaborative innovation,the core enterprise products collaborative innovation.Through the comparative analysis of different situations,this paper find that under the optimal innovation input decision-making,the collaborative innovation can reduce the market price of the product,increase the market supply of the product,increase the overall profit of the innovation subject,and make the innovation more innovative than the non-innovation,and make the independent innovation of core enterprise more efficient than the supporting enterprise alone,allowing consumers to enjoy more products at lower price.However,due to the sinking cost effect of innovation input,it is necessary to adjust the benefits of collaborative innovation to ensure the enthusiasm of collaborative innovation.Under the best innovation input decision,the distribution of the expected innovation benefits between the core enterprise and its supporting enterprise does not affect the best innovation investment,market price,market supply,and balanced profit.The innovation input,market price,market supply.Then,through the establishment of the parallel supply chain Cournot game modelconsists of two supply chains,and each supply chain has a single core enterprise and a single upstream supporting enterprise,this paper studies the two supply chain collaborative innovation and independent innovation respectively.Through the comparative analysis of different situations,this paper find thatthe equilibrium output of the supply chain will increase and the market share will increase,but the equilibrium output and profit of the other supply chain will be reduced when a supply chain increases innovation investment.Under the optimal innovation input decision,compared to the independent innovation and the collaborative innovation can make the supply chain get a larger overall profit while it puts in less innovative investment,which is a win-win innovation strategy.However,independent innovation is more advantageous than collaborative innovation in terms of increasing the supply of the market.Finally,through the analysis of the collaborative innovation between Toyota and other enterprises,such as its upstream enterprises,its downstream supporting enterprises,and other core enterprises,Combined the collaborative innovation theory and the real case between the core enterprise and its supporting enterprises,which Toyota is a typical core enterprise.
