The Research To The Subject Policy Maker Of Food Safety Policy In China

Food is the basic condition for human survival, maintaining health. Policy plays an important role in the governance of modern society. Food safety issues is within the scope of the object of public policy. In order to better analyze the food security policy problems, we study the food security from the perspective of food safety subject.This paper mainly studies the subject of food safety policy,analysis the impact of cooperation and interaction between the main policies for food safety policy development.Firstly, group the subject of food safety policy into two parts, the official decision-makers and unofficial decision-makers. Secondly,research on the subject of food safety policy in two parts: using social network analysis to understand the perspective of the relations of cooperation networks between official decision-makers. By drawing cooperative network map,measure network structure indicators, analyze the evolution of food safety policy official decision-makes of cooperation between 1978-2013; by the definition of food safety policy actors in each network,analysis of the complex interactions between them and elaborate game to promote or inhibit the development of policy through the complex process of interest between the subjects. Lastly, based on the analysis of the subject of policy, raise the problems and give advice for improve the food security policy.
