The Study On The Innovation Effect Of Undertaking Domestic Industry Transfer In Underdeveloped Areas

Industrial transfer happens not only among countries, but also takes place in different areas in a country, with the reform and opening up, China's economic, culture and technology had made a remarkable achievement over the past 30 years. However, there is a big unbalance and difference between regions. From last century, the government had taken many strategic measures, such as west development strategy, northeast area revitalization plan and rising strategy of central China, but the factors of production cost rise sharply in east developed area,at the same time industry developing environment increasing shrink, an industry transfer tide between the east and west is springing up. During the process of industry interregional transfer, the less developed area will welcome a new developing chance, which not can promote the economic develop but contribute to promote self-development innovation, as innovation is the spring of economic growth, it is become important to research how interregional industry transfer improve self-development innovation in less developed areaThe paper based on the research of related theories of the inter regional industry transfer.First of all, measure the scale and type during the process of industry interregional transfer which taken in the less developed area. And then research the relation between industry interregional transfer and self-development innovation promoting in less developed area.Based on the theory research, build an evaluation system and industry interregional transfer innovation effect model, test the effect on innovation promoting in less developed area from industry interregional transfer by empirical study. At last, the paper put forward some suggestions to improve innovation ability in less developed areas from micro level and macro level.
