Research On Business Model Innovation Of Logistics Enterprises Based On Source Innovation Theory

As the important industry and basic industry of China's economic development,the logistics industry is not only an important part of modern service industry,but also a bridge between new retail and new city distribution.However,homogeneity of logistics enterprises has become increasingly urgent.Most enterprises try their best to solve the problem,but the problem has not been solved substantially.With the implementation and development of the country "Internet plus" action plan,logistics enterprises which faced with reform and transformation be in the eye of the storm.With the development of advanced science and technology,such as information technology,electronic commerce and big data,Logistics enterprises need to achieve not only to reduce logistics costs,but also to combine new technology,new ideas for the creation of new value.Business model innovation has brought hope to logistics enterprises and it has become the only choice for logistics enterprises to build to last.The source innovation brings new vitality to business model innovation.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the business model of logistics enterprises under the source innovation.This paper combines the theory of source innovation with the business model innovation of logistics enterprises.First of all,this paper analyzes and summarizes the related research status and achievements,then compares the current mainstream innovation theory and summarizes the advancement of the source innovation theory.This paper defines the concept of business model,business model innovation,the elements of business model and the relevant meaning and structure model of components,and analyses the relationship between the elements through functional relationships.Beside,the paper proposes paths and strategies of logistics enterprise' business model innovation through the analyzing the impact of the dynamic environment factors on the business model innovation of logistics enterprises.The path of innovation are single factor innovation,systematic innovation and environmental adaptability innovation.Moreover,combining with the evaluation method of the best business model in China,this paper constructs the evaluation method of the logistics enterprise' business model innovation effect under the source innovation theory.At last,this paper analyzes and reviews the development status of Jiulong steel logistics park' business model.The results show that the current development model of Jiulong steel logistics park is still in the initial stage,and needs to be further optimized and transformed.Based on the previous research,this paper proposes the path of the business model innovation of Jiulong steel logistics park,and puts forward the practical strategies of innovation for the Jiulong steel logistics park form two aspects: innovating business models and building two-sided market.Through these measures,enterprises can gain competitive advantages and ecological advantages.
