The Reality Value Research Of Marx's Social Division Of Labor Theory Under The New Normal Of Economy

Under the new normal of Chinese economy, understanding of the new normal, adapting to the new normal and leading the new normal become the great logic of the economic development currently and in the future. Under this economic background, this paper goes back to Marx. Based on Marx's theory of social division of labor, this paper explores the social division of labor in China, and analyzes the practical value of Marx's theory of social division of labor under the new economic normal conditions.In this paper, the literature on the research of Marx's classical works and the theory of social division of labor in China and abroad has been sorted out. Firstly, it makes a detailed analysis of the formation process of Marx's theory of social division of labor, which involves the social division of labor and the creation of historical materialism, and the theory of division of labor and alienation. This paper analyzes the core content of Marx's theory of social division of labor through the dialectical relationship between social division of labor and the issue of "production mode- productive forces - productive relations". This paper points out the nature of social division of labor, and briefly describes the classification and cooperation forms of social division of labor. Based on the important speech of General Secretary Xi Jinping and the spirit of the central economic working conference, this paper analyzes the core characteristics of the new normal of Chinese economy. The new normal of economy has the following three main features:Firstly, economic growth rate transforms from high-speed to medium high-speed; Secondly,industrial structure transforms from medium and low end to medium and high end; Thirdly,economic growth force transforms from essential factors and investment to innovation driven mode. On the basis of the theoretical research, this paper analyzes the main problems of the social division of labor under the new normal in China from two aspects of the industrial structure and innovation driven. In terms of industrial structure, we put forward that the division of labor in our country is at the low end of the value chain division in deepening of international division of labor, which has aggravated the industrial structure of our country. Between the traditional industries and emerging industries, there is a low level of labor division evolution.The development of regional division of labor between industries is not coordinated, which emphasizes the problem of the development of service industry in China. In terms of innovation driven, this paper points out the problems within collaborative innovation of the"production-study-research" as well as that of the Internet and the real economy. On the basis of the problems above, this paper analyzes the practical value of social division of labor promoting the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure from the perspective of the system of production relations and the strategic level. From the mode of production, we find the form of the division of labor to stimulate the potential of social innovation, and then, we find the way of realizing the reality value of the social division of labor.
