Study On Structure Adjustment Of Leading Industry In Anhui Province

Under the dual pressure of the 13th five-year plan and the planning of the demonstration zone for undertaking industrial transfer in the urban belt,analyse the situation of industrial development in Anhui province,select the leading industrial department accurately and find out the main influencing factors of economic development and industrial structure adjustment in Anhui province is very helpful to seize the opportunity during the extraordinary period,to give full play to regional advantages,to promote the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure and to complete the undertaking and transfer of industry better and faster.This paper is divided into four parts.The first part is the introduction.This part introduces the background and significance of this topic,summarizes the related research results both at home and abroad,expounds the research train of thought and research method in this paper,and analyzes the innovation and limitations of this paper.The second part is the theoretical basis.This part starts with the related concepts of leading industry and industrial structure adjustment,and analyzes the characteristics of leading industry,the selection criteria and methods of leading industry and the relationship between leading industry and industrial structure adjustment are combed,and the relevant theories of factor decomposition analysis are introduced.The third part is the choice of leading industry in Anhui province.This part firstly analyzes the present situation of Anhui province's industry development,then establishes the index system of leading industry selection,and establishes the alternative set of leading industry by using entropy method to establish the comprehensive index of industrial development.Then,from the point of view of the industrial association standard,the author establishes the industrial association index to analyze the alternative sectors,and determines the five leading industrial departments of Anhui province's economic development as follows:the petrochemical industry,including oil,coking products and nuclear fuel processing and chemical industry;the metal materials industry,including metal smelting and rolling processing industry,metal products industry and metal products,machinery and equipment repair service industry;the machinery and equipment manufacturing industry,electrical machinery and equipment manufacturing and communications,computer and other electronic equipment manufacturing;electricity,heat production and supply industry;transport,storage and postal industry.The 4th part is the factor analysis of the industrial structure adjustment in Anhui Province.Firstly,the input and output data are processed and converted into comparable input and output table.Then,the SDA structure decomposition model and the SDA deviation analysis model are established.This paper analyzes the main influencing factors of output growth and industrial structure transformation in 16 industrial sectors in Anhui province in two periods(2002-2007/2007-2012).It is concluded that the final demand in Anhui province is always the main contributor to the total output growth in Anhui province in terms of growth volume.In terms of growth rate,however,the net export expansion effect and technological progress effect increased significantly in the second phase 2007-2012.The growth rate is higher than the growth rate of the final demand in the province.Finally,combining the results of the two models,the main factors of the adjustment of the leading industrial structure in Anhui province are analyzed.It is concluded that net export and technological progress are the main factors influencing the industrial structure transformation of leading industrial sectors in Anhui province.The 5th part is the conclusion and suggestion.This part summarizes the research results of this paper,and then improves the innovation ability of enterprises by giving full play to the role of government macro-control.Suggestions on the structural adjustment of leading industries in Anhui province are put forward from the four aspects of actively developing industrial clusters and promoting the joint development of industries.
