Study On Rural Poverty Alleviation From The Perspective Of People's Livelihood

After the reform and opening up,China's economic development has developed rapidly,but there are still many problems under the general trend of economic development.The problem of people's livelihood is an important issue.In recent years,the state has also paid more and more attention to the issue of people's livelihood,especially in rural areas.China is the world's most populous country,and in the proportion of China's population,the rural population occupies a large proportion.China's long-term problems of rural poverty,so the study of rural poverty,poverty eradication will help our country's harmonious development and maintain social stability.Since the 17 th National Congress,China's rural poverty alleviation and development has made no small achievements,but want to completely solve the problem of rural poverty is a long way to go.The implementation of accurate poverty,because of the people to implement the policy,improve the effectiveness of poverty alleviation,is an important strategic guidance for the development of rural poverty alleviation.Therefore,the development of rural poverty is more typical.Based on the theory of development economics,management and other related theories,this paper uses the method of comparative analysis,literature analysis and other methods to conduct a systematic exploration and Research on the mode and path of rural poverty alleviation.This paper systematically reviews the connotation and basic theory of rural poverty alleviation.The developing stages of the development of rural poverty reduction policy development process and the present situation of rural poverty alleviation development in-depth analysis,compare the different development pattern of rural poverty reduction achievements,pointed out that China's rural poverty reduction should be the development of human resources of government guide,adhere to the soil society participation in the policy,the implementation of the party and government organs of poverty alleviation,the implementation of poverty alleviation whole village development plan,promote microfinance,establishing social security mechanism.This paper discusses the establishment of anti-poverty model in rural areas of China,and further reduces or eliminates rural poverty.The author discussed the main problems and obstacles,mainly is the poverty population is large and the capital control ability is weak,poverty,poverty and poor stability due to the poor participation intention and the main role has not been a good play,out of poverty development mechanism needs to be improved,and explore the cause of the problem.For China's poverty alleviation,precision out of the era of policy formulation has a realistic reference value for the typical regional underdeveloped areas of poverty,improve the livelihood of the people in depth policy,has a guiding role.Finally,on the basis of summing up the experiences and lessons of foreign countries,this paper puts forward the path of poverty alleviation and development policy recommendations in the central region.
