With the increased attention of the depletion of global fossil energy de and climate anomaly change in recent years,out of reflection economies development model and pursuit a new economic growth points of the world,especially the developed countries and the developing countries have put forward the development of low carbon economy,also making the low carbon concept in various areas.Making use of the farmland resource in low carbon,is the embodiment of the concept of low carbon in agricultural field,is response to climate change and a new economies development model to reduce the pressure on resources.Therefore,to realize the development of low carbon agriculture is a important trend development of futurity.Peasant household as the principal part of making use of farmland in low carbon relate to the development of low carbon agriculture that the peasant household whether to choose production behavior.So to explore the farmland using behavior help from micro level to better promote the transformation of the mode of farmland use,contribute to more targeted to formulate policies and carry out incentivize,so as to realize farmland use mode change to the "low" and "economic" direction.The paper based on the theory of low-carbon economy,farmer behavior and sustainable agriculture development.To use the investigation and analysis method,the C-D production model,Logistic model and other statistical method to study the farmland use in the study area.Including the usage of factors of production,the usage of farmland of carbon emissions and factors that affect the peasant household's behaviors based on qualitative investigation and quantitative study.The paper shows that farmland,fertilizer,pesticides make contribute to the agricultural development;the Result is that the carbon emissions of chemical fertilizer,pesticide accounting for 95%of the total through by calculating the farmland utilization of carbon emissions.Finally,through the use of chemical fertilizer and pesticides to analyze the factors that influencing the behavior of peasant household of farmland utilization and put forward the countermeasures of promoting the low carbon development of farmland utilization.The main content of this paper which include that:(1)General situation of Fujian's peasant household's farmland using behavior.An overview of the situation of Fujian's Peasant household's farmland using behavior from the behavior perspective,including the general situation of research area and the description of sample household's characteristics and the analysis of use behavior of procreative elements.(2)Calculation and analysis of peasant household's farmland using carbon emissions.Through literature research,statistical data and field research,using carbon emissions coefficient method and calculation in the process of agricultural production directly or indirectly resulting from carbon emissions,and analyzing the characteristic of the peasant household's farmland using carbon emissions.(3)Based on low carbon perspective to explore factors that influencing the peasant household's farmland using behavior.Use the usage of fertilizers and pesticides as dependent variable,use age,level of education,the area of the farmland,seed quality,agricultural subsidies,such as 17 indicators as independent variables,Use the multinomial Logistic model to do regression analysis.This paper comes to the following conclusions:(1)From the family characteristics of sample households,most of the families of agricultural labors are left-behind elderly,with an average age of over 50 years old,low education(mainly in primary school and middle school).So there is shortage of labor supply.From the farmland's production and operation,farmland is small and has a high degree of fragmentation.(2)Through the C-D production function is calculated that different production factors contribution to agricultural output ratio is different,from high to low is the land,pesticide,chemical fertilizer,diesel oil,plastic sheeting and labor.(3)Though the calculation of carbon emissions farmland utilization,it is conclude that the farmland's using carbon emission has a significant difference in different regions.Form high to low is the Changtai County,Mingxi County,Xianyou County,Nanjing County,Yongan City,Yongchun County,Datian County,Liancheng County,Shanghang County.(4)By using multinomial Logistic regression analysis,found that the factors which influence the behavior of farmer's agricultural land utilization based on a low carbon perspective.The factors include the householder age,whether as a village cadres which are effect the use-pattern of chemical fertilizer and pesticide are significant;Agricultural technical guidance effect the use-pattern of chemical fertilizer significantly,but not effect the use-pattern of pesticide;The degree of difficulty of obtaining information just effect the use-pattern of chemical fertilizer;Multiple occupations situation and whether to use new varieties both effect the use-pattern of pesticide,but both not effect the use-pattern of chemical fertilizer.
