Since the start of the new century, trade dependence between countries in the world has been on the rise, in the global economic environment, which on the one hand provides a rare opportunity for the development of enterprises,on the other hand also exacerbates the degree of competition in the market economy. Enterprises are facing enormous challenges. This puts forwajrd higher requirement for the majority of enterprises, that is, they must build and improve the internal management system as soon as possible. Obviously,the execution of the team,the effectiveness of communication and collaboration awareness, are important foundation that determines whether the system norms, operational processes can be fully and strictly implemented. At the present stage, the problem how to create an excellent sales team and how to make a fair,scientific and objective performance evaluation of the team is particularly prominent especially for emerging companies. This problem has already aroused the concern within the industry and academia. Therefore,a comprehensive and accurate grasp of the concept and strategy of the construction work related to the sales team has a crucial guiding role for the core competitiveness of the enterprise, the firm grasp of the market opportunity, the increase of market share and the improvement of enterprise operating profit level.The paper takes A Company as the research object, first of all, it explains the definition of enterprise sales team, makes analysis of the characteristics and the basic elements of the team. On this basis, this paper makes an analysis of A Company, studies the problems existing in the marketing team management of A Company, and analyzes the causes of the problems. Secondly, it puts forward six ideas: publicize the sales team operation concept, analyze sales team construction feasibility, mobilize the team, discuss the types of sales team and implementation requirements, provide training to the team members especially the leaders, analyze and create internal and external conditions needed by the sales team. Finally, according to the effect of these six ideas on sales team construction of A Company, the paper puts forward specific safeguard measures, which will help A Company to achieve predetermined strategic development goals. It is a very important reference for the relevant enterprises to promote sales team construction.
