| Cultivated land is mankind’s survival to provide food sources for human sustainable development.However,in recent years,with the advance of the industrialization and urbanization,human irrational exploitation make the farmland threatening in structure and function.This is bound to influence China’s food security and production,thereby constraining the sustainable development of society.Given the importance of ecological safety,arable land ecological security early warning is an effective way to prevent the reduction of arable land quantity,quality of arable land and ecological environment and other issues.The purpose is to predict and take timely measures before degraded farmland qualitative change,so that arable land ecosystems into a virtuous circle.Therefore,this paper will be cultivated land ecological security system as a key research target in cultivated land ecological security early warning.The goal is to through the introduction of the early warning alert and learning practical results related fields of regional ecological security early warning theory to research deeply in methods of arable land.Trying to analyze the evolution of the principles of clear ecological safety of arable land,and build pressure on this basis-state-response model framework under the warning index system based on energy farmland ecological security theory and finally propose the warning analysis framework of systematic farmland ecological safety.At the same time to analysis,evaluate and forecast the spatial and temporal scales and degree of harm police intelligence of farmland through radial basis function artificial neural network.In order to better predict and prevent degradation of arable land ecosystems.Finally,taking Lianyungang as a case,provide efficient and feasible control measures for the ecological security of cultivated land.According to the research,during 2000-2012,the pressure index showed significant fluctuations phenomenon in Lianyungang City.However,joint action and response system in the state,Lianyungang farmland ecological security index showing a steadily status during the stage.This fully shows that when the pressure is a serious threat to system security on the city or area of ecological farmland,the Lianyungang municipal police department for patients using various types of efficient and effective control measures to maintain the normal operation area of cultivated land ecosystems.By RBF forecast indicates:during 2013-2017 in Lianyungang,the area of cultivated land ecological security will be "no warning" and maintain the development trend of a steadily.But the pressure system still exists threat.Therefore,in the future course of development,Lianyungang should strengthen efforts to control population density,the amount of pesticide and fertilizer use,urbanization level,etc.and to achieve regional ecological security of cultivated land protection. |
