With the maturity of the global Internet technology,the traditional way of consumption has been unable to meet the requirements of a wide range of people,to the development of emerging cross-border electronics provides a good foundation.In the global trade,the traditional trade volume is large,the cost is high,the bulk of the trade requires large-scale production in order to produce economies of scale,cross-border export electricity business,especially B2 C as the representative of the trade,easy to small-scale production,effectively reduce Cost,the transaction efficiency is quick,the customer feedback speed and so on the merits of the government in supporting and infrastructure and other aspects of the relevant support,it is because of these advantages,making small and medium enterprises to enter the relevant industry to reduce the threshold,cross-border e-commerce has been rapid development of.This article focuses on cross-border export e-commerce perspective,hereinafter referred to as cross-border e-commerce.Cross-border e-commerce with capital flow pressure,profit margins,has been widely recognized by SMEs.With the rapid development of global sales and other rapid development,China's largest cross-border export platform,covering 243 regions and countries around the world,2016cross-border electricity trade volume of 22.97 trillion,an increase of 25.5% over last year's growth,amazing fast Growth means that China's cross-border e-commerce has entered a path of rapid development.China's cross-border export electricity business in 2016 amounted to 5.5 trillion yuan,while in 2016 China's trade in goods exports13.84 trillion US dollars,from the specific data,still have room for improvement.With the improvement of relevant laws,national and local government support efforts continue to increase,this rapid development trend will continue.At home and abroad on the B2 C cross-border e-commerce research mostly from the macro aspects cut.The author focuses on the analysis of the opportunities,advantages and disadvantages of small and medium-sized enterprises in the process of internationalization,and puts forward relevant strategic opinions.With a view to China's small and medium enterprises to bring inspiration.First of all,this paper summarizes the relevant theories and related research at home and abroad.This paper defines the concept of cross-border e-commerce,divides the model of cross-border e-commerce,and analyzes the theory of HO(factorendowment theory),external economies of scale(learning curve),transaction cost theory,and The long tail theory expounds the advantages and disadvantages of traditional trade and the advantages of cross-border e-commerce.Then,it analyzes the current situation of China's cross-border e-commerce,namely,the traditional trade,the policy environment and the industry environment.Then,it analyzes the advantages and problems of the use of cross-border e-commerce by small and medium-sized enterprises.On the one hand,small and medium enterprises have the traditional comparative advantage,the support of the national level,cross-border e-commerce platform to build the corresponding signs of technology mature.On the other hand,small and medium enterprises rarely have their own brand,prone to infringement of other enterprises intellectual property events,product quality and low homogeneity of the phenomenon,resulting in low profits,cross-border logistics system is imperfect,resulting in poor user experience The Combined with the case to millet technology,for example,a detailed analysis of cross-border e-commerce enterprises.Finally,according to the shortcomings and problems in the development of China's cross-border e-commerce,the specific suggestions are given from the macroscopic government,the medium-view industry and the micro-enterprises.On the one hand,the infrastructure construction needs to strengthen,strengthen the supervision of cross-border e-commerce platform and improve the construction of the relevant legal system,enhance the supervision of cross-border payment system,pay attention to cross-border e-commerce personnel training.Second,the relevant industry organizations have to fulfill their obligations to strengthen cooperation with the government at the same time,to help small and medium enterprises to go out.On the other hand,enterprises should strengthen the awareness of building their own brands,increase the relevant research investment,improve research and development capabilities,rational planning their own logistics system,and explore the establishment of modern logistics management.
