Study On The Development And Spatial Distribution Of Producer Services In Xining City

At present,the world economic form has undergone significant changes,the service economy has replaced the dominant position of the industrial economy.The productive service industry is an important part of the service industry,which is an important force to promote the regional economic development and reshape the urban spatial structure.At this point,governments at all levels have taken the development of service industry and producer services as an important measure to optimize and upgrade the industrial structure,and it is worth exploring how to choose the proper path of development.This paper takes Xining city as the research object,discusses the agglomeration characteristics and industrial association characteristics of the production service industry in Xining,analyzes its influence on the economic development of Xining city,discusses the spatial layout of the production service industry in Xining,sums up its development And the influencing factors of the layout.The study mainly includes the following four parts:The first part is the basic background of the study.This paper introduces the research background,the research significance,the research content,the data source,the research method and the technical route,combs the related research progress at home and abroad,introduces the concept and the related basic theory,and lays the theoretical foundation for the research.The second part is the analysis of the development of Xining producer services,mainly from the following aspects: one is the current situation of the development of Xining service industry and producer services;the two is the analysis of the productive service industry in Xining city agglomeration and Industry Association,the production service industry agglomeration continues to decline with other Service Industry Association is highest;three is to explore the contribution of producer services to the regional economy,found that the effects of the producer services to economic growth of Xining city is growing,the economic growth effect is obvious;four is summed up the factors that affect the development of producer services in Xining,the level of the development of regional industry and city level is two important factors.The third part is the analysis of the spatial distribution of Xining producer services,mainly from the following aspects: one is the general situation of Xining producer service industry layout,the main layout in the city center;two is the layout of the urban centers for producer services and internal industry in-depth analysis,analysis the emergence of circle structure of producer services industry and the internal space layout,and along the main road and the intersection of the distribution characteristics,the spatial structure model of non isomorphism,and showing significant regional homogeneity;the three is to explore and summarize the impact of producer service industry in Xining factors affecting the spatial layout.The fourth part is conclusion and suggestion.This paper summarizes the main conclusions of this paper,and puts forward some suggestions to optimize the development and spatial layout of the production service industry in Xining.It points out the possible innovations in this paper,discusses the problems and shortcomings in this paper,Research questions.
