In today's world,with the development of entrepreneurial activity in full swing,the entrepreneurial spirit is highly respected.Among them,the rise of academic entrepreneurship has aroused widespread concern in the community.At the same time,the study found that the vast majority of entrepreneurial activities carried out in the form of team,the reason is that the success rate of team entrepreneurship is significantly higher than the individual entrepreneurship.This study from the perspective of academic entrepreneurship team,combines the role identity theory,firstly,academic entrepreneurship team constitute the key variables of heterogeneity,team conflict and entrepreneurial performance were reviewed,then four variables of this study were defined,analyzed the relationship between the four variables,and then to explore to builds a theoretical model between heterogeneity,team conflict and entrepreneurial performance of the three variables of academic entrepreneurship team,and puts forward relevant assumptions,and its mechanism of the relationship between the four are analyzed,which has important theoretical and practical significance.This study through the method of questionnaire survey and interviews,in the systematic review of domestic and foreign literature on the basis of the design and the questionnaire,finally 120 valid questionnaires,through empirical analysis on the collected data using SPSS 19.0 statistical software,finally this paper obtained the following conclusions:(1)Academic entrepreneurial team composition heterogeneity and team conflict can have a direct impact on entrepreneurial performance.(2)The heterogeneity of the academic entrepreneurial team will also have an impact on team conflict.(3)Team conflict can play a partial intermediary role between academic entrepreneurial team heterogeneity and entrepreneurial performance,that is,the heterogeneity of academic entrepreneurial team can affect entrepreneurial performance through team conflict.(4)Role identity plays a moderating role in the heterogeneity of academic entrepreneurial teams and team conflict.Based on the above research conclusion,this paper systematically analyzes the theoretical significance and practical significance,and summarizes the existing in the research process of the defects and deficiencies,and finally constitute heterogeneity,team conflict and entrepreneurial performance three future prospects for research on academic entrepreneurship team,and puts forward related suggestions.
