Research On NEV Industry Policy Analysis And Simulation

With the depletion of traditional fossil energy and the increasingly serious air pollution,a new energy vehicle,which is clean and environmentally friendly,is gradually coming into people's vision.The development of the new energy vehicles industry is the inevitable trend in the future.However,the market for new energy vehicles has not yet been opened.Our country should seize this opportunity to realize the overtaking of automobile industry.According to the existing research,the government plays an indispensable role in the technological development of the vehicle industry in the developing countries.And the new energy vehicle industry is a new industry.According to the theory of institutional economy,appropriate government policy support and subsidies can promote the development of new industries.Therefore,the study of new energy vehicle industry policy has become particularly important.Study on the effect in the simulation of industrial policy variables,this paper identifies the key variables in the dimension from the implementation of industrial policy and policy objects.On the basis of building a system dynamics model,different scenarios are set up to simulate the expected development of industries under different policies.In contrast to the existing policy,the paper puts forward the deficiencies of the policy system,and provides useful guidance from the perspective of government policy tools design.This paper draws the following conclusions: In the aspect of policy text analysis,the new energy vehicle industry policy has good performance in terms of different levels of association and diversification of policy instruments,but there are also many problems,including different policy cooperation degree is low,different areas of policy issued by large differences in the situation.In the aspect of policy simulation,behavior oriented policy and capital subsidy policy have different effects,the policy of different policy objects is different.The existing policy system is perfect,but there are still some shortcomings.
