With the gradual improvement of the industrial automation in our country,more and more industries started to accept the automation control system products to improve product efficiency,Optimize process flow,in order to improve the level of automatic control.Now the domestic economic slowdown,the market economy has entered a new normal.As the pillar of the national economy,the industry will face the problems of enterprise transformation,structural upgrading,product optimization and process improvement.At the same time,the state also proposed the requirements of manufacturing transformation.Manufacturing industry in the future should be combined with the new technology,new mode of operation,and to the direction of intelligent factory,wireless network,custom control flow.As the largest supplier of industrial automation control system,H company has been committed to the development of domestic automatic control system.After more than and 20 years of development,the size of the company gradually expanded,and results spread all over the country.But in the current economic new normal,industrial demand continues to fall in the market environment,H company performance has continued to decline.In response to such difficulties,how to deal with the challenges and opportunities,and how to achieve the marketing strategic transformation,which has to be an important issue that H company is urgently facing and solving.In this paper,the main research object is the marketing strategy of H company's automatic control system.This paper analyzes the new economic situation,the new product direction and the new policy orientation of the domestic industrial automation industry.Combined with the development of new technologies such as "made in China 2025",industrial big data cloud and so on,this paper uses a variety of marketing theory model to analyze the current market situation and marketing strategy of H company.PEST analysis model is used to analyze the external market of H company's automatic control system,and Analysis and comparison of competitors' products and sales strategies.This paper finds out the problems existing in the marketing strategy of H company in industrial control industry,and gives the corresponding adjustment suggestions.the internal and external marketing strategies aiming at the adjusted effect,This paper makes an internal and external evaluation on the effect of marketing strategy adjustment.Suggestions are put forward from the system level to ensure the normal operation of the automatic control system product marketing strategy.So as to improve the H company's marketing situation,and promote the development of the company.
