High-speed development of E-commerce industry has brought the "great leapforward" of express industry. As the last link of express distribution, the advantages of"last kilometer" is that can achieve "door to door” service, satisfy the customers’demand of goods delivered in a certain time and space. At present, express industry ison the low-end competitive stage, express enterprise is also pursuit accurate andmeticulous service constantly to strive to have a seat in industry competition.However, low levels competition cannot meet the need of logistics distribution ofmodern express industry, the unavoidable problems of express industry are following.Low price competition and winning relying on quantity cause "double loss" ofenterprises and customers, no standard management causes weak serviceconsciousness of sending staff, express delay, damaged or lost and long deliveryresponse time lead to lower service levelm, and many other prolems. These problemshindered the development of express delivery industry seriously, and the "lastkilometer" becomes the bottleneck link of express industry development.As the the highest contant link with customs,"last kilometer" is the ultimateexpression of the whole express flow service level. The expresses go by enterprise,distribution centers, eventually to clients, formed service supply chain network."Lastkilometer" distribution system has played a decisive role in game of express cost andservice level. At present, the "last kilometer" distribution system has the problems ashigh cost, lower express security level, inconvenient delivery process. Therefore, howto construct rationalized express "last kilometer" distribution system is the corecontent of modern express industry development. It not only influence on theoperation of the express process, but also has significant influence on express cost,service level. In the construction of "last kilometer" system, improving logisticsinfrastructure level, realizing informatization and automation of express process hasbeen overwhelming. Bring in modern logistics technology, developing distribution equipment automated for unit goods is an essential requirement to improve theexpress industry economic benefit and enterprise competitiveness.This article combines with the current situation of express industry, analysises thebottleneck problem of "last kilometer" distribution system, builds reasonablemanagement and technical framework for "last kilometer" distribution system on thebasis of reasonable express industry framework. Then putting forward the modelingidea of automatic logistics terminal equipment based on this method, designing andbuilding three automatic logistics terminal equipments by using content networkingtechnology, communication network technology, computer technique, machinery andautomatic control technology synthetically, then analysing equipment structure,operating principle and working process. After that, designing and developinginformation system and electric control system of equipment detailedly, carryingthrough the layout optimization of automatic logistics terminal equipment by usingcomprehensive spatial interaction model.The automatic logistic terminal equipment designed in this paper focus theconsignee as logistic nodes, putting forwards an integrated logistics service modefaced terminal customers in express delivery industry by designing the unmannedautomatic equipment. Striving to research on the small place of logistics infrastructureto seek the effective way to improve efficiency of "last kilometer" distribution systemof express industry.
