Research On Intellectual Capital,Ambidextrous Learning And Product Innovation Performance In The Horizontal Alliance

With the development of the economy and the changes of the social mode of production and lifestyle,knowledge factor in improving the production efficiency and increasing profits to promote economic development is more and more prominent.Knowledge has become the base of enterprise strategic resources and innovation ability.At the same time,the emergence of science and technology small and micro enterprises also provides a kind of system innovation to the productivity of science and technology,which is known as the development model based on knowledge.As knowledge-intensive small micro enterprise,strategic alliance has been regarded as organizational learning mechanism or a strategy tool of science and technology small and micro enterprise.So alliance activities provide rapid and dynamic development opportunities for those enterprises and a good platform for learning ability dig.Organizational learning theory is based and the method of empirical study is adopted,the mature scale questionnaires to various parts of China which are building or have built a coalition of science and technology small and micro enterprises is choosed,and research field visits to get the 491 target samples is mainly relied,including 387 agreed to participate in this survey.SPSS20.0 and LISREL870 software are used to carry out on the recovery of 387 questionnaire data reliability analysis including exploratory factor analysis,confirmatory factor analysis,correlation analysis and regression analysis.Results show that intellectual capital in horizontal alliance of science and technology small and micro enterprises has a significant role to the enterprise's product innovation performance,elements of which that human capital,structural capital and relational capital also have a direct positive effect on enterprise's product innovation performance.At the same time,intellectual capital by ambidextrous learning has significant effect on product innovation performance,including exploratory learning and exploitative learning,which have partial intermediary effect between intellectual capital and product innovation performance in the horizontal alliance.According to the research conclusion,management practice in view of science and technology small and micro enterprises is proposed to improve product innovation performance.Firstly,science and technology small and micro enterprises should strengthen intellectual capital value,own people-oriented and use knowledge as the core.Meanwhile,enterprises should strengthen the motivation of human capital value to fully arouse the enthusiasm of employees in the process of enterprise value creation,creativity and initiative.Secondly,science and technology small and micro enterprises should strengthen the enterprise organization structure planning,improve the management information system,optiize the management structure and maintain customer capital and other social relationship capital.On the one hand,develop and maintain marketing channels,and continuously improve customer satisfaction;On the other hand,establish and coordinate a good relationship between government,enterprises,financial institutions,suppliers and competitors to seek common development in the competition and cooperation.Thirdly,science and technology small and micro enterprises should strengthen the ability to ambidextrous learning,promote knowledge sharing,and implement knowledge transfer in the league,utilization and regeneration.Finally,science and technology small and micro enterprises should establish a dynamic product innovation performance evaluation system,and have real-time dynamic adjustment to scientificity and rationality of the alliance performance evaluation mechanism to promote alliance development.
