This thesis aims,on a theoretical aspect,to develop both new and unexploited vectors of improvement of trading flux and outcome between the two countries on a durable and mutually beneficial basis,through the analyse and criticism of current inefficient trends and methods used by companies,before put these methods in relations with unused or new economic indicators adapted to France and China current society and economy.The output of this analyse will be used as a basis for further developments in the field of business and trade oriented methods,and,on a practical,aspect,the establishment of more coherent trading strategies to be used by Fn B companies,but also by the others.
