Analysis On The Problem Of Villagers' Gathering In Haining

Haining city is located in the south of the Yangtze River Delta,China north of Zhejiang Province,East 100 kilometers away from Shanghai,West Hangzhou,South Qiantang River.Special geographical location in recent years,there have been national,provincial key projects in Haining landing,land acquisition and demolition volume increased sharply,the villagers building projects growing.However,due to the limitation of land use system,household registration system and social security system and other aspects of the problem of small scale agriculture and industry and the villagers scattered in rural homestead management,such as long-term lack of effective solutions,has seriously affected the development of modern agriculture in Haining City,the new rural community construction and industrialization,city of the process has become a major bottleneck of the integration of urban and rural areas.After investigation,since 2009,the city of Haining city and full compliance with the law in accordance with the integration of urban and rural development,promote the intensive cluster development,break the dual structure between the two requirements,carry out the "layout planning of1+X village,the formation of the" 10 towns community group +37 a new community "the integration of urban and rural village distribution system.From the planning to guide farmers to live the new towns and urban and rural development of new community orderly concentrated,intensify efforts to gather new towns,bigger and stronger new town.As of the end of 2013,the city's total urban and rural construction land in Haining 290 thousand acres,of which the urban construction land of 140 thousand acres,the village construction land of about 150 thousand acres,about 2 thousand natural villages,a total of 138 thousand farmers.Rural areas of the actual village land area of 128 thousand and 800 acres,of which 11 thousand and 300 acres have been in recent years,the number of new projects gathered in two.Haining City,the village of "two new" project has been well implemented,but it also brings some problems such as the development of the village housing,rural homestead,accumulation of housing demand,just need to layout,building design,construction engineering quality and safety supervision,reform support is not reasonable or not in.In this paper,combined with Haining local characteristics,according to the current status of the development and construction of Haining city and village houses,searching and sorting of various information resources,and make full use of the school library literature and other information resources,analyzing the related research.Through questionnaires,interviews and seminars and other forms of investigation in Haining City Village housing problem in the work,collecting first-hand data,and the data and materials of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis is necessary,systematic and comprehensive analysis of Haining city encountered problems in the work of the village building.Especially in combination with the background of the construction of the beautiful countryside in the country,this paper deeply analyzes the difficulties existing in the work of the villagers in Haining,and puts forward the way to adjust and improve the building of the villagers in Haining.Based on the successful experience of domestic and foreign,this paper puts forward some suggestions andCountermeasures to solve the problems in the housing construction of Haining.Hope to further optimize the current situation of the villagers to meet the needs of farmers,improve living conditions,beautify the village environment,saving intensive land.
