Research On Industrial Planning Of Wangshang Village Realized Villagers Subjectivity

The report to the 19 th national congress put forward the rural revitalization strategy,and established a 20-word general policy of "thriving industries,livable ecology,civilized local customs,effective governance,and a prosperous life".The no.1 document of the CPC central committee in 2018 clearly states that adhering to the dominant position of farmers is the basic principle for the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,and it is the requirement of The Times that farmers should play the dominant role in industrial development.The countryside and the rural industry is currently facing capital benefit villagers benefits and ignore the villagers appeal,resource development,industry development matches the villagers and the villagers' participation consciousness,poor ability of problem such as lack of participation behavior,industrial development can not promote the employment of local villagers,ignoring the people-oriented development concept,to the villagers as the main body.Therefore,in the process of promoting the prosperity of rural industry,how to realize the subject of villagers becomes a problem that this study hopes to solve.The research mainly includes three parts: the logical connotation of the development of rural industry for the people,the industrial development research of realizing the villagers' main body,and the empirical research of industrial development of Wangshang village.First of all,from the national governance,urban and rural relationship,humanism,rural revitalization of the four perspectives in this paper,the target of rural industry,in-depth analysis of the plight of the rural industry development in our country,clarifying the development of rural industry influence factors and mechanism of action,a clear return to villagers' subject value standard of industrial development,and put forward the development of rural industry logic framework,in respect for the village resources endowment,considering industry market demand,understand the characteristics of the villagers' willingness and ability on the basis of the development of rural industry.Secondly,beveridge's ability theory is used to construct the evaluation of villagers' ability.Through the analysis of the characteristics of villagers' ability,the industry type and the development path of adapting villagers' ability are determined.According to the theory of comparative advantage and competitive advantage,a coupling industrial model of "resource endowment + market demand + villagers' ability" was established,and the evaluation index system of rural industry selection was determined by using analytic hierarchy process(ahp).Finally,combining with the specific situation of Wangshang village in Yangling district,Shaanxi province,this paper makes an empirical analysis of the industrial development of Wangshang village,so as to provide corresponding strategies and institutional guarantee for the realization of the main body of villagers in the industrial development.The research shows that the core idea of the development of rural industry is not to pursue economic interests,but to respect the will of villagers and consider their capability characteristics,so as to realize the modernization goal of rural social stability,villagers' living and working in peace and contentment,and agriculture and rural farmers.Secondly,according to the industrial model of resource endowment,market demand and villagers' ability coupling and the evaluation index system of industry selection,the industrial development type of Wangshang village at the present stage can be obtained.Then,from the point of view of the villagers,it puts forward that we should attach importance to the education and training of the villagers to improve their subjective ability."Family operation" + "collective joint operation" enriches the industrial operation mode;The industrial development strategy of developing characteristic industries by integrating the resource endowment of villages.Finally,the system guarantee of industrial development is improved from three aspects: strengthening social capital management,establishing effective incentive mechanism and optimizing profit distribution mechanism.
